Tim Van Berkel is trialing Kelp farming on the Cornish coastline. His farm is the subject of a host of research studies exploring kelp's amazing potential! He is also co-founder of the Cornish Seaweed Company who make seasonings and lotions from foraged seaweed.

Kate Burns is the founder of islander kelp, an established kelp farm in idyllic Rathlin island. They seed ropes for kelp farming as well as produce a range of delicious kelp foods, from hand cut noodles to pestos and salsas.

Francois is one of the founders of Câr-Y-Môr, the first community-owned regenerative ocean farm in Wales. They are always looking for more members to help them with their mission to to improve the coastal environment.
